Surfing with TYFCoasteering with TYFThe BBC's "Holidays Out" called coasteering "the best liquid refreshment you can get" and Everest mountaineer Chris Bonnington found it "immensely enjoyable". But you don't have to be a TV presenter or a Himalayan climber to enjoy this fantastic new sport Our experienced and friendly guides are some of the most professional you will ever meet - they've been trained to to the highest possible standard for all activities, ensuring you'll be in safe hands. Canoeing with TYF.Climbing with TYFOur rock climbing starts with technique coaching whilst bouldering, building confidence for the bigger routes climbed later in the session. Choose from steep limestone in South Pembs. or sandstone slab climbing in North Pembs. Abseiling gently downwards with the sea swirling beneath you, and the tremendous sense of achievement as you climb back to the top of the cliff is not to be missed.
These days everyone seems to want to surf, which is hardly surprising as it's one of the coolest sports on the planet. Pembrokeshire is a great place to surf, with beaches facing the Atlantic swell on three sides, it's usually "going off" somewhere nearby.
Whether you're new to the sport, or would like to improve,
our enthusiastic and friendly instructors can show you how to stand up and ride your first wave,
ride a tube or kick out. But beware, surfing is addictive, once surf fever strikes, you'll be hooked for life.
